SWITCH IT UP....... PANCAKES

I know!!! Just looking at these pictures makes you hungry. Pancakes have a way of brightening your day and your stomach. They are easy to make and quick.

You ever feel like not eating normal food and you just want to splurge and forget that diet? LOL!
I know... Well pancakes are the best way to that.

I decided to start adding colours to my pancakes after I watched a video on YouTube of a Mum making her baby girl pancakes and she asked that they be blue. I know right. Genius baby.

A tower of different coloured pancakes topped with butter and honey.....

For those of you that still stay strict on diets, this is a good way to try something different without breaking your diet. With no sugar or flour. A simple two ingredient recipe that will leave you wanting more.
Now I wouldn't suggest this for those of you with the "sweet tooth syndrome".

                                                              Banana Pancakes....

Now, this was experimental for me. I love Broccoli, Cauliflower and pancakes separately. I'm sure you figured that last one out by now. So I decided to try this combination and see how I felt about it.

Overall it was good and the toppings made it even better... Add chocolate syrup to almost anything and it instantly makes it better. Normally in this case I would have used ice cream instead of Greek yoghurt but I wanted it with very little calories.

INGREDIENTS:
Pictures 1,2 and 3 - All purpose flour
                                Granulated Sugar
                                Baking powder

Vanilla extract (Only if you want to)
1 Egg (could be more depending on quantity)
Milk (Enough to mix to a paste)
                                Food colouring

Picture 4 -              1 banana
                               2 eggs

Picture 5 -  Same as 1,2 and 3 without the baking powder
                               Broccoli
                               Cauliflower

'For toppings:        Greek yoghurt
                               Chocolate syrup

If you try any of  these pancakes, please let me know what you think.

HOME MADE BURGERS...

I love me a BURGER just like you I'm sure. So I decided to make me one. I made everything from scratch. The burger bun and the patty.

Yes... it took longer than it would to just go get it, but it is way cheaper. You can make this with all the materials you have at home and you get to garnish and add anything you want.

This was my first try and just like everything in life. It can only get better. I am going to keep working on my burgers and add more unconventional things.

You can try this or you can just wait for me to make another and post it up here... I would go with the first option, but that's just me. LOL!!!

I can't wait to see and taste my next home made burger

Trust me guys... It is AMAZING... #HOMEMADE #BURGER #KAY'SKITCHEN
